Return Policy

Minimum Order
A minimum order with a subtotal (before shipping and tax) of $25.00 is required, as it is not sustainable for us to process orders below this amount. Sample boxes are excluded from the above minimum.

Out of Stock Policy
Some items may be out of stock when ordered. We will notify you if they are out of stock; you may either change and/or cancel your order.

Cancellations/Change Order
Cancellation requests or order changes must be submitted by email, fax or phone at 707.241.9190. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. Orders are shipped 1- 2 business days after order confirmation.

Return or Exchange Policy
Purchased product may be returned, within 90 days of receiving the order, and in the original packing condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any damaged products or order discrepancies should be communicated within 15 business days of receipt. World Centric will refund or exchange the product and will pay for shipping the damaged goods back to us.

All returns, including damaged products, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please call 707.241.9190 for a RMA number and to arrange the return.

Refusing any package at the time of delivery will incur additional return shipping fees. Customer assumes responsibility for the completeness of order at the time of receipt. All transit damage claims must be filed with the shipping company if private shipping was arranged.

International orders and shipments
All International orders must be prepaid by credit card or wire transfer. World Centric® is not responsible for additional charges associated with customs duties, import taxes, import fees, transit times or customs clearance.
