KTVU reporter Claudine Wong interviewed World Centric VP of Business Development Liz Anderson and VP of Marketing Mark Marinozzi about the benefits of using compostable foodservice ware for the environment and their trade customers. She also spoke to Super Duper VP of Operations Ed Onas about how World Centric products are aligned to their operations and values as a socially conscious restaurant chain.
