That extends to how we’re responding to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and the effects it’s having on our customers, our staff, and all those that manufacture and support our supply chain.

We recognize these times are difficult for everyone, both personally and professionally. In that spirit, we’d like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for your partnership and continued business. As challenging as this situation is we’re confident in a bright future. Our top priority is the health and safety of our consumers, customers, and staff at World Centric. Our employees are following the guidelines set by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local and regional health organizations. We’re advising our staff to take all necessary health precautions, including frequent hand washing/sanitizing, social distancing, pausing all non-essential work travel, and staying home when sick. The majority of our employees are now working remotely. Important that we state - our company is fully operational.

We’re happy to inform you that our supply chain is functioning well under the current circumstances. All of our factories are producing, product is shipping and our supply chain and warehouses are operating normally. While some cities and counties have implemented shelter-in-place orders, World Centric’s products and our logistics operations are exempted as “Essential Business”.

If there are significant impacts to your business we want to know; whether large volume changes or local regulatory enforcements.
